Tour Itinerary
Day 01:- Srinagar Airport – Pahalgam 102 Kms. 3 Hours Drive
Arrival at Srinagar international airport our RIE representative will meet & greet you and transfer Pahalgam (The Valley of Shepherds), one of the beautiful and fascinating ideal resorts all the year. It is the base for several treks in the region & for the Annual Pilgrimages to the cave shrine of Amarnath, It is surrounded by 12 high snow capped peaks. En route, Visit the Saffron Fields of Pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old Temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman) & enjoy the beautiful countryside life. Drive through the pine valley forest arrive at Pahalgam Check Inn (Hotel as per Location), One can have a real feelings of Paradise, After Lunch visit the places in Pahalgam by Pony ride (at own cost) Debayan, Shikargah & Baisaran, Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02:- Pahalgam – Srinagar – Gulmarg (146 Kms. 4 ½ Hours Drive Altitude 2730 Mrts.)
After Breakfast leave from Pahalgam towards to Gulmarg (The Meadow of Flowers) Gulmarg has one of the most beautiful summer resort/winter Ski resorts in the valley. World Highest 18 Hole Golf Course, (Gulmarg was Discovered in 16th Century by Sultan Yusuf Shah) One you can have a gondola ride (By own Cost) from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg (Altitude 3100 Mrts.) to have a real view in natural beauty of the summer also view of Nanga Parvat (Altitude 8137 Mrts.) in Cloudless Days and full snow view in winter. After breakfast leave from Gulmarg on arrival at Srinagar continue drive towards to Sonamarg (Meadows of Gold), Sonamarg lies at the head of the Sindh valley. The drive through here presents a spectacular facet of the countryside; Sonamarg is the beginning of the enchanted journey into a natural wonderland, Surrounded by pine forest mountains upto 5300 meters high the valley is divided by a spur of the “Thajiwas Range Mountains” one can have a pony ride to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year the major attraction at Sonamarg in summer months, Sonamarg is known as Gateway of Leh – Ladakh, and night stay at hotel

Hotels/Camps/Guest Houses/Houseboats/Home Stays: Though we have published the name to the hotels/house boats for your tour, we reserve the rights to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances, when we may have to provide alternative, similar accommodation, for which no refund shall be allowed. Luggage: During the entire tour (Except for the Air journey) our staff will be at your service to carry your luggage, but at the same time we are not responsible for the theft or damage to your luggage. No claims to be made.

Our Tour Manager: You are requested to co-operate with our tour manager in all respect to make your tour really enjoyable. Allotment of rooms, selection of daily food menu is the duty of the tour manager and passengers should not interfere in these matters. Passengers indulging in unwanted hindrance, in the smooth operation of the tour or quarreling with the manager shall be asked to leave the tour at that spot and shall not be given any refund for the same.

Things not included in the tour cost: Personal expenses like service tax, tips, cold drinks, horse riding, boating, laundry, gondola cable car rides, room heaters, taxi fare, mineral water, insurance, additional expenses after accidents. We take it for granted that the passenger who joins the tour have read these terms and conditions and agree to the same.

Complaints during the tour: If the passenger have any complaints regarding our service like hotels, house boats, transport etc are advised to inform immediately at 0194 2430099 / 9796724217 / 9622255565 24X7 so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the tour programs.

Bookings and Cancellations: You may confirm your bookings in our tour by paying deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. Balance payment shall be paid on the first day of the tour. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount he/she be deemed as cancelled and the deposit shall not be refunded. If due to some reason we cancel the tour, we pay full refund of the deposit amount. If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he/she have to make a written application to our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deduction cancellation charges as under;

  1. From the booking date till 9 days prior to the departure date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  2. From 5 days to 9 days prior to the departure date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  3. From 3 days to 5 days prior to departure date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  4. For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable.
